Emergency Preparedness Consulting
Practical emergency preparedness and workplace safety documentation support for organizations with staff or the public on site. This service focuses on reviewing, updating, or creating clear emergency action and workplace violence prevention plans that reflect how an organization actually operates.
Who This Service Is For
This service is intended for organizations that have people on site and need clear, usable emergency preparedness documentation. Common examples include churches, schools and childcare facilities, medical and dental offices, assisted living and long term care facilities, nonprofits, small municipalities, and small to mid sized businesses.
What I Help With
Services may include emergency action plan review or development, workplace violence prevention planning, evacuation, lockdown, and shelter in place procedures, review of existing policies for clarity, written recommendations identifying gaps, and delivery of final documentation in PDF format.
How the Process Works
The process begins with a brief conversation to understand your organization and existing documentation. This is followed by a review of current materials, identification of gaps or outdated language, and delivery of written recommendations or updated documentation based on agreed scope. Most projects are completed within one to two weeks.
Pricing
Services are provided on a flat fee basis. Emergency plan review with written recommendations is $1,500. Full custom emergency and workplace violence planning is $3,500. Revisions or add on updates are available for a flat fee.
What This Service Does Not Include
This service does not include legal advice, regulatory certification, guarantees of audit or insurance outcomes, or ongoing safety officer responsibilities. Responsibility for implementation remains with the organization.
