Service Description

The American Heart Association Friends & Family CPR course is a non-certification class designed for anyone who wants to learn how to save a life. This class is perfect for parents, grandparents, babysitters, community members, and caregivers who want to feel confident responding in an emergency. Students learn to perform high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants, how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and how to help someone who is choking. The course is interactive and hands-on, using realistic manikins to reinforce confidence and muscle memory — all in a friendly, low-pressure environment. No written test or certification card is required — just practical, lifesaving knowledge you can use anytime. 🧍‍♀️ Minimum of two participants required.
